Patrol Supervisor needed to drive our vehicle to client locations for lock ups and security officer checks.
Must be over 25 years of age to be insurable and must have a completely clean DMV record.
Please bring a copy of DMV printout to interview.
Customer service skills & strong work ethic.
Must be able to work alone
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations and maintain a peaceful environment.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct surveillance activities to monitor and detect suspicious behavior or potential threats.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and protect company assets.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to interact with visitors, employees, and stakeholders effectively.
-Must be well organized
-Able to think outside the box.
-Reliable means of communication (cell phone, pager, etc).
-Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
-Must have a State of Arizona guard card prior to applying!
