Aleron is Hiring a Sr. Director, Engineering (Etch/Semiconductors) Near Fremont, CA
- Leads a team providing Etch technical solutions to key customers
- Demonstrated experience with developing electrostatic chucks for Etch applications
- Directs technical aspects of the customer relationship including process and Hardware development for new applications
- Defines process and hardware requirements and acts as liaison between customer and development teams
- Coordinates resolving customer concerns
- Works directly with sales, and field teams on hardware- and process-related issues
- Develops process engineering programs and personnel to add value for the customer and strengthen the customer relationship
- Responsible for developing strategies for next generation products and processes
- Plans and implements the development of new and scale-up process formulas
- Establishes operating equipment specifications and acts as a liaison with product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible
- Ensures reliability standards pertaining to the materials and techniques used in design and production
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function
