Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in St. Augustine, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Responsible for site supervision, planning, and scheduling activities for large performance contracting guaranteed energy savings projects.
• Responsibilities include estimating, design verification, building codes, project scheduling, equipment start-up, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Responsible for coordination of customer project meetings and accurately providing and documenting meeting minutes.
• Responsibilities include defining schedules in the project acquisition phase.
• On-site Management under the direct supervision of a Project Manager for large, more complex jobs or multiple projects, from pre-booking to customer acceptance.
• Supervises, directs and supervises assigned projects' installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover, and warranty.
• Ensures customer satisfaction during and at the end of the project.
• Participates in pre-bid reviews and sales-to-operations turnover meetings to evaluate the accuracy of the sales estimate and job layout.
• Analyzes plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements.
• Plans and coordinates subcontractors and puts together and maintains a 3-week look-ahead for upcoming project schedules.
• Participates in job site final walk-thru and completes all close-out documentation such as As-Built drawings and system operating instructions; transfers or excess materials; billings, collections, and payments; and all project records.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1^st Shift).

• Associate degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of utility rebates and performance contracting legislation.
• Good mechanical and HVAC systems knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project Primavera, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• An understanding of job financial reports and the ability to apply these in managing assigned projects.
• Good leadership, listening, and verbal skills.
