ACARA Solutions and our client in Colorado Springs, CO have a contract to direct hire position available.

Manufacturing/Production Operator 1st shift

• In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform primary project tasks/assignments ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Essentially, you'll follow methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Manufacturing or Production.

• Ability to use hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools.
• Ability to set up essential equipment and process hardware compliantly to specifications.
• General knowledge of measuring equipment and math and sound communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
