Job Responsibilities "At-a-Glance":

• Proven C-level capabilities to manage and working collaboration within a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.
• Senior PM technical aptitude in regards of networking, cloud computing, Active Directory, and cyber services.
• C-Level leadership for large and complex IT services and project and direct policy, assess risk and performance, and converse fluently with technical staff.
• IT systems continuity and effectiveness by planning, monitoring, coordinating, and project management
• Master level skills guiding technical departments towards architecting and engineering secure solutions
• Managing cyber systems and services best practices for a global enterprise
• Leading policies, assess risk and performance, and converse fluently with technical staff
• Standardized use of Cyber tools such as SIEM, SOAR, X/EDR, and DLP

Here's what our ISSO Part-Time Contractor will receive:

• Pay Rate: $100/HR (Depending on industry and career experience)
• Work Hours: 10 - 15 up to 20 hours/week
• Location Site: Santa Barbara, CA
• Project Length: Contractor to Hire / 12 month project
• Career Plans: Opportunities for contract extensions and/or Direct Hire plus eligibility for pay raises

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 10 years' experience technical guidance with Product teams and IT architects
• 10 years of IT and Systems across global architectures and infrastructures
• 3 years' experience of Senior Cyber leadership
• Excellent organizational and Project Management skills, able to manage multiple cross-functional, global projects
• Strong Oral, Written, Persuasive communication skills and defined decision-making skills
• Highest-level of personal standards, integrity and professionalism.
