We are looking for a part time med spa receptionist, to start by working from Tuesdays to Fridays and every other Saturdays, from 1 pm to close. Lunch time is 30 minutes. Potential for full time position.

We will attending the front desk check-in and out our clients for 7 providers, including one physician, 2 ARNP, 2 estheticians and 2 massage therapists.

Having computer skills, mainly with Excel, Microsoft word, Canvas, and able to learn quickly our electronic medical records is important. Training and orientation will be provided. Having prior med spa experience would be great but not required.

Being bilingual is a plus, but not required (Spanish and English Speaking).
