OVERVIEW The Beck Agency (an Alera Group company) is seeking to add a Producer, Personal Lines - Small Business to their Personal Lines team.

educating our clients on risks they face; offering creative solutions to protect the things that matter most to them; and always thanking them for their business RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, grow and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with small business owners and individual clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients. Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, endorsements, and renewals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure risk assessments and policy terms are accurate. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with other Alera Group locations on new business opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS Experience / exposure in insurance sales, particularly in small business and personal lines.
Strong foundational understanding of insurance products and coverages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations. Desire to be mentored and grow your career long-term with Alera Group.
