We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Microsoft team supporting

agencies and advertisers in Baltics and Western Europe.

Main Responsibilities

• Work together with a Client Partner during pitching to and onboarding of digital performance agencies and direct advertisers to Microsoft Ads
• Support clients during campaign set up and optimization, campaign performance analysis and budget planning.
• Closely collaborate with Microsoft Advertising team for client pitches and technical and ads policy issue resolutions
• Ensure proper contractual setup, invoicing and Microsoft Ads account setup for each client

• In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies
• Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (French language is a plus)
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workplace
