Job Overview:
We are seeking a Care Concierge/Receptionist to join our team. The Care Concierge will play a vital role in providing administrative support and exceptional patient service in a medical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, verify patient information and schedule appointments
• Coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments
• Assist patients with the check-in/out process with concierge-level service
• Provide outstanding patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Ensure proper organization of medical records: prepare charts prior to office hours and file charts at the end of office hours
• Collect and process payments
• Assisting patients with various needs and maintain positive experience
• Manage medical office supplies and inventory
• Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately at the front desk
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Assisting patient care coordinator and practice manager as needed
• Tend to patients in our lounge ensuring receipt of a luxury brand experience
• Answer high call volume / multiple phone lines
• Communicate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Participate in meetings and team planning sessions
• Assist patients with the check-in/out process with concierge-level service
• Perform various clerical and general support duties
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
