The Administrator is the senior administrative position of the group and reports to the Board of Directors.Qualifications :

Five years of experience in executive level medical practice management.Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration.

Strong leadership, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities :

Working with a team of administrative staff, the Administrator oversees : Accounting and Financial ManagementRevenue Cycle ManagementHuman Resources and Benefits including 401k Plan ManagementPayroll ManagementPayor Contracting and CredentialingEMR and ITCompliance and Regulatory ManagementPopulation Health ManagementPhysician Contracting and RecruitmentInsurance needs, including Medical Malpractice, GL, Property, D&O, etc.Benefits include :
