Position: Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy primary care practice in DE. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Check in/out patients quickly and accurately
* Complete insurance verification
* Verify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-in
* Monitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messages
* Complete patient outreach
* Answer incoming calls
* Scan incoming documents
* Obtain co-pays and payments
* Maintain clean appearance of waiting area and front desk
Requirements:
* Prior Front Desk experience required, in a medical setting preferred.
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
