Aleca Home Health, a leading provider of home health services in Arizona, Washington and Oregon is seeking a Director of Nursing for our growing team in Salem!

What you'll do:

The Director of Nursing supervises home health services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with attending physician orders and plans of care and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Skilled nursing, and other therapeutic services are under the supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing is available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate) and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.

Who you are:

• Registered by the state(s) where currently practicing as a Registered Nurse
• CPR Certification
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
• Three to five years of experience in home health required
• Two years experience in a supervisory position, preferred
• Must have demonstrated success with Program Development and Caseload Building for staff.
