We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team!

Reporting to the store leadership team, the Sales Associate is responsible for embodying the ALDO Group’s values of integrity, love and respect. The Sales Associate creates memorable client experiences and maximum sales performance in support of the company’s purpose to build a world of love, confidence, and belonging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximizes personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a "customer-obsessed" experience
• Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Store Leadership team- i.e stocking and replenishment of merchandise, back of store operations, etc.
• Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures
• Contributes to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First philosophy

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Team Oriented and collaborative attitude
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate people to achieve sales objectives Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
• Business-minded trendsetter who understands today's ever-changing fashion trends
• Be able to work flexible hours based on your state or province
• Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb (≈16 kg)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
