Manager in Training
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Learn and develop skills in leadership, retail management, and shift management.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and tracking employee hours.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in inventory control and order management.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.

Requirements:

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
