Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Support the Manager in day-to-day operational tasks
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Assist in sales management and achieving revenue targets
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Manage stock levels and inventory control
- Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial analysis
- Excellent sales acumen and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of clerical tasks and administrative processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in stock management and inventory control
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies
