ITS is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Alliance, OH
Salary Range: $100K - $130K Permanent Position with Benefits.
A well established and growing original equipment manufacturer located in the Alliance, Ohio area is seeking an Operations Manager. Key duties of the Operations Manger are to recruit, interview, and train new hires within their department. Maintain relationships with current clients while cultivating new potential clients. Manage capital assets. Develop and implement strategies to improve operations. Prepare departments financial statements. Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or related field (Preferred)
- Experience in managing in a manufacturing or technical environment required.
- Must be proficient in mechanical and electrical systems.
- 3 years' experience/knowledge with overhead crane maintenance highly desired
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experienced
- Must have excellent communications skills. (written & verbal)
