Position Title: Perfusionist
Reports to: Program Management Analyst
Location: Aurora, CO
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a Certified Perfusionist to provide services at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC) in Aurora, CO.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Support Scheduled Operating Room Patient Care Perfusion Cases at the RMRVAMC.
• Provide support on Emergency Add on cases and 24/7 on call coverage.
• Standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceedingly currently recognized national standards as established by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Security Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain a VA Badge.

This position requires passing an extensive background check.

Qualifications:

• Shall be certified with at least a minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
• Shall have current, full and unrestricted licenses, registration, certification, and/or other relevant credentials.
• Shall be subject to all bylaws, rules and regulations of the VAMC.
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent and accurate written communication
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
• Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
• Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
• Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
