Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to prescribed recipes and menus
• Ensure all meals meet dietary requirements and restrictions

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and develop menus
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional certification in culinary arts or relevant experience
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
• Experience in meal planning and preparation for specialized diets
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
