AlderLaw is looking for a Litigation Attorney, minimum 3 years experience, to join our firm!

Alderlaw, PC represents seriously injured people in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business torts and employment law. Heavily invested in staff and technology, we provide the highest quality legal representation to our clients. Our comprehensive approach has resulted in an outstanding rate of success, including dozens of multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
  • Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
  • Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
  • Propound and Respond to Discovery
  • Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
  • Court Appearances as needed
  • Conduct Legal research
  • Manage relations with clients
  • Prepare for trial

Qualifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of CA
  • Minimum three years of PI experience
  • Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Tech savvy
