Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive the digital transformation of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving technological excellence.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and aligning with the overall business goals.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operation of all IT functions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts to secure the best prices for renewals and purchases.
• Maintain operational integrity by regularly testing and verifying the functionality of data security, network access, and backup systems.
• Coordinate and implement scheduled updates to ensure production servers and resources operate with optimal efficiency and security.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry trends, and integrate new technology into the company’s existing systems as appropriate.
• Encourage innovation by challenging team members to develop new solutions and continuous improvements to existing systems
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare disaster recovery strategies.
• Manage mobile devices and secure company information using Jamf/Intune (MDM) solutions.
• Report on the allocation of IT resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure with Microsoft Azure and Veeam backup solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in managing mobile devices using Jamf, Intune. (MDM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.

Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A , ITIL, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is an advantage.
