A staff member is needed to supervise Talent Search chaperones, tutors/
dorm/assistants, participants, assist the instructor in the classroom,
assist with other educational and cultural activities on and off-campus,
and reside in the resident hall with participants during the two-week
(June 16 - 28, 2024) Summer Residential Phase.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and ability to work with school-age students. Communicate
clearly, convey information, and must have interpersonal skills. Able to
handle conflicts in a constructive manner and assist the Lead Chaperone/
Counselor in planning and executing activities to enhance students'
academic and personal capabilities.
Essential Job Functions
Perform the duties that are normally for a tutor and a teacher assistant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
