We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for an Emergency Service Officer (ESO) to join the HSE Team based at our Pinjarra Refinery. About the Role: Our ESO position will be offered as an, 8-hour day, Monday to Friday position – working predominantly in the gatehouse operations, this position will be responsible to help coordinate the ES department to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and accepted standards, in order to contribution to business goals. You will also be eligible for the Leisure day off every 4-week period! You will co-ordinate and integrate with the site Emergency Services Team to ensure timely and effective response to incidents for the protection and wellbeing of all site personnel, company assets, and the environment. Site security access forms a part of this role. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Site access control and security co-ordination, inclusive of all supporting systems, reporting, administration, and area access management. Co-ordination of the Emergency Response Team to ensure readiness and availability for response prior to commencement of site high risk works. Fire protection systems monitoring, response co-ordination and maintenance reporting. Skill specific training enabling improvement and maintenance for individual, team, and Emergency Services Team members.
