• To provide prompt and safe transportation of food, and/or to assume responsiblity for all warehosuing and inventory control, includuing accurate requisitions and receivng of all food supplies and equipment.

• Loads, transports and properly stores food, supplies, dry goods and equipment in the school cafeterias.
• Delivers to Summer Lunch Programs.
• Inspects and provides preventive maintenance to trucks.
• Takes inventory counts.
• Operates forklift and pallet jacks.
• Keep warehouse, freezer and walk-in properly stored, dated and labeled.

• Interpersonal skills with diverse populations in-person and on the telephone.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects.
• Experience in utlitizing a computer.

Requires:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid New Mexico Commercial Driver’s license (CDL), Class A or B with insurable driving record.
• English (reading, writing and speaking) and math skills.
• Skilled in operating fork lift, pallet jack and safety and sanitation workshop.
• Two years' commercial driving experience including experience in warehousing.
