Western Technologies, INC is Hiring a Full-time administrative position- ALBQ Near Albuquerque, NM

Western Technologies Inc. has an excellent opportunity in our Albuquerque, NM office for a full-time administrative position, with a focus on Business Development, Marketing Coordination, and Accounts Receivables. WT is a well-established consulting firm offering professional services in the fields of geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection services and nondestructive testing.The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has excellent communication/customer service skills and can understand the urgency of quick turnaround on work, while possessing an extraordinary attention to detail. Background experience in using Deltek systems. Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

Business Development
- Mining websites and project postings for potential Opportunities
- Inputting and updating Opportunities in Salesforce
- Coordinating with Project Managers to complete proposals
- Distributing proposals to Clients
- Following up on proposals with clients
Accounts Receivable
- Tracking daily receivables
- Sending invoices to clients
- Tracking payment status from Clients
- Making collection calls and sending collection emails
Report processing and distribution, as needed.
Reception and telephone support, as needed.

Minimum qualifications for the position:

Previous administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft 365
