Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in need, including elderly, disabled, or chronically ill individuals
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients' nutritional needs are met
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
- Uphold resident rights and promote a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of childcare principles for caregivers working with children or infants
