Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service (Become a "SCO-PRO"!) and possess excellent communication skills. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide information on products, promotions, and services
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics sales, jewelry sales, or technical sales is beneficial
- Ability to conduct product demos and effectively sell products
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in stock management and inventory control
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls
