Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Carver to join our team. As a Meat Carver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while carving and serving various cuts of meat. Your culinary expertise and sales skills will contribute to creating an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Duties: - Carve and serve a variety of meats, such as beef, pork, and poultry - Ensure proper portioning and presentation of meat dishes - Assist customers in selecting meats and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized carving station - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meat dishes Skills: - Culinary skills with a strong knowledge of different cuts of meat - Sales skills to effectively promote meat selections to customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Cash handling experience with proficiency in basic math calculations - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and portioning If you are passionate about the food industry, have excellent carving skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
