Job Description:

As a Milk Plant Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and efficiently selecting orders for shipment to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing customer orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Safely operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Back-up Yard Goat driver. 
• Selecting and staging dairy products for shipment.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Open schedule availability. Weekends required. 
• Prior experience in order selection or a similar role preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
