Refrigeration technician responsibilities

• Minimal 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance
• Minimal 2 years’ experience with Anhydrous Ammonia refrigeration
• CRST (Certification Refrigeration Service Technician) 4 years’ experience
• CIRO certification (Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator) minimal 2 years machine room experience
• CARO certification (Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator)
• Working knowledge and principles of applied refrigeration and electrical operations

Prior to applying for CIRO following courses must be completed:

• Industrial refrigeration l
• Industrial refrigeration ll
• Industrial refrigeration lV
• Basic Electricity l
• Basic Electricity ll – Ladder Diagrams

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

CIRO certification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• 135 Questions multiple choice.
• 3-hour time limit.
• Measures mastery of applied refrigeration system operations and troubleshooting based on principles and knowledge as well as electrical understanding and principles.
• Supplemental Package.
• 70% or higher to pass.

CARO certification:

• Entry level exam
• 110 Questions multiple choice.
• 3-hour time limit.
• Supplement package
• 70% or higher to pass.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Tolleson, AZ 85353: Relocate before starting work (Required)
