The Supply Chain Department has an opening for a Shipper. This position is located at the Milk Plant in Bellevue, Washington

Responsibilities:

• Order Selector
• Responsible for correctly recording, meeting, and maintaining shipping standards
• Responsible for maintaining 5S of the Cooler
• All other duties as assigned
• Keep equipment clean as well as your working area
• Days off and hours subject to change
• Maintain Pallet Jack/Forklift pre-operation check list
• Other Duties as assigned by a supervisor

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Attendance
• Excellent follow-through
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must have excellent record keeping abilities and able to fill out HACCP and production paperwork daily.
• Understand and maintain a GMP compliant area.
• Basic computer skills

A Day in the Life:

As a Production Worker, no one day is ever the same. Depending on where you live, you could be working in any one of our manufacturing plants supporting things like bread to beverages, milk to grocery, and even ice cream, (YUM!) which provides you many opportunities to learn and grow your career. The production worker is on-the-go throughout their entire shift, selecting food products, packaging food & beverages, sanitizing & maintaining machines, and at times, operating power equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.) You are a team player, collaborating with your team to complete the task at hand to keep product flowing, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy. · Competitive Wages - The pay range is $24.41 to $32.55 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on relevant factors including the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service and hours worked and terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include, healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity.
