Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or LVN to join our Pediatrics team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to pediatric patients, demonstrating expertise in various medical procedures and patient assessment.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for pediatric patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN license
- Prior experience in pediatrics or a strong desire to work in pediatrics
- Proficiency in medical documentation and terminology
- Knowledge of pediatric anatomy and body systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
