**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document service recommendations - Provide estimates for repairs and services, explaining details to customers - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Upsell additional services or products as needed - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records **Skills:** - Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge - Experience with tire service and diesel engine repair is a plus - Strong service writing skills with the ability to accurately estimate auto repairs - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to upsell services while maintaining customer trust If you are a motivated individual with a passion for automotive service and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for the Service Advisor position.
