QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (QMHP) - Albany Care, Evanston, IL - Full-Time - All Shifts

Albany Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has an immediate opening for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). This is a Full-Time position, Sunday - Thursday.

Up to $29 per hour, Depending on Benefit Plan Selected

If you have experience as a Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Lead Clinician, Behavioral Health Supervisor, or Clinical Director, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

  • Conduct intake interviews
  • Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment plan
  • May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activities
  • Maintain all consumer documentation
  • Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
  • Attend clinical team meetings as required

Requirements

of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

  • Master’s level degree in human services related major
  • Employment experience in the field of mental health
  • Experience in a Long-Term Care facility preferred
