QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions for a region in our portfolio.

The individual needs to be professional, organized, reliable, self-motivated, courteous, patient and compassionate. Must be detail oriented, able to work as a team player, and able to prioritize and perform multiple projects/tasks. Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to create business correspondence and spreadsheets and accurately proofread each prior to distributing or mailing. Confidential materials must be handled discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing tenants and ensure they are receiving first class quality of service
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are managed efficiently and effectively
• Ensure the property is maintained in line with regulations creating safe working environments
• Supervise all vendors and contracts related to maintenance
• Uphold the lease language in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure exceptional internal and external customer service when working with tenants, vendors and team members ensuring relations are held to the highest standards.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, vendors, tenants, contractors and maintenance
• Available Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Experience in the field of Property Management preferred but willing to train the right candidate

· Experience in using organizational and administrative skills with excellent time management

· Must be proficient in Outlook, MS Word and Excel, and other similar computer programs
