Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Shelbyville is specialized in Laminate Tubes for Oral, Cosmetic & Pharmaceutical Markets.
Main activities
- Assist in managing. and coordinating the daily operations, including shipping, and receiving, raw material fulfillment, etc.
- Assist in managing warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring warehouse equipment.
- Assist in ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in the execution of special projects.
- Train and lead warehouse staff, including new hires.
- Run and post hourly move report.
- When possible, resolve any issues or problems in the warehouse, escalating when required.
- Assist in shipping office when needed (create and process BOL’s)
- Daily LTO duties
- Five years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of SAP applications
- Ability to work with ERP systems.
- Ability to work with MS Suite
- Coordinate daily job activities.
- Good communication skills a must
- Ability to operate a forklift and other automated machinery to perform work in the warehouse.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- High school diploma required.
