Work with Assistant Treasurer to manage cash for all North American entities including but not limited to managing bank relationships, daily cash requirements, cash forecasting and cash pooling in the US.
Ensure corporate income tax compliance of all US sites by working closely with tax advisors/consultants.
Coordinate and provide deliverables needed for the R&D tax credit and Transfer Pricing study for all US sites
Support Finance Director on coordinating tax computation and leading tax optimization
Support the day-to-day work in all aspects of business and financial accounting and controlling of the cluster and the operating sites.
Perform month-end closing/reporting and cost control of HQ reporting unit.
Oversee the outsourced Shared Services and ensure that performance expectation is delivered as per SLA.
Lead internal control processes and the annual BWISE control self-assessment for all Tubes America sites.
Lead interim and year-end external audit for all reporting units within the cluster
Coordinate the annual budget process & monthly review of rolling forecast
Provide guidance for complex accounting transaction, to ensure that all reporting units adhere to Albea Accounting policies and standards
Contribute to work life balance by being a positive, collaborative and an effective influencer for team members
Accountability including KPIs
Support operating sites and cluster management in order to achieve targets on EBITDA, Cashflow and other financial KPIs
Lead Group and Statutory external audit of all North American sites and ensure timely completion and issuance of audit reports
Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, Smartview retrieves needed by the management in order to drive improvements and deliver results
Profile (Experience & qualifications) 1. Degree in Finance or Accounting preferably CPA or with MBA 2. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of manufacturing accounting experience with a proven track record of career progression up to and including Plant Controller or equivalent 3. Knowledge in SAP, HFM, Smartview or similar reporting tools 4. Experience in delivering forecast, budget, variance analysis and data interpretation of results. 5. Advance MS excel/spreadsheet skills.
