ALAY Home Care is looking for Physical Therapist who is Caring, Compassionate and Dependable team members to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as determined by a recognized plan of care. Administers treatments in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following an injury, disease or physical disability.

PT will be responsible for coordinating with any healthcare professionals that are working with their patients and referring patients to specialists when appropriate. The right candidate is a patient, compassionate professional who encourages and inspires their patients to work toward recovery and greater mobility.

Pay Rate: $70 per hour PRN Position

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Certification
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification

Training and Pre-screening:

• Criminal Background Check - Fingerprints
• Drug screening
• College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications

Preferred:

• Vehicle for Community Transport
• 1 year DDD Experience
