We are looking for a courteous and professional person to join our guest services team. You will recognize and enjoy the Boardwalk difference! We aren’t like all the other outfitters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of guest services associates.
• Build positive relationships with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Deep clean guest suites after departure.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the lodge.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing minor issues, and reporting major maintenance needs.
• Assist with meal service, including setting up dining areas, serving meals and cleaning tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining room.
• Assist with guests' arrivals and departures which could include driving for pick-up/drop-off.
• Office duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Previous resort or hotel experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Extremely Dependable
• Attention to detail
• Positive, friendly, upbeat attitude, enjoy working with others
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for the majority of your shift
• Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
