Summary: Under close supervision, provides entry-level clerical support for assigned clinics through scheduling, reception, records maintenance, coordination with other hospital clinics, and general assistance.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Non-supervisory - One (1) year of medical office experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All employees registering patients must attend signature registration and insurance verification training and are required to pass the registration and hands on practical test upon completion.
