The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a rheumatologist to join our team at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) in Anchorage, Alaska. ANMC is a Level II Trauma Center, which serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the entire state. ANMC offers over 30 specialties, and provides a full complement of acute medical and primary care services. As a rheumatologist, you will work in clinic managing outpatients and consults for adult inpatients. Our clinic is primarily an outpatient practice open Monday- Friday, Available shifts include four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts – your choice. You will see 8-14 patients in office per day. No after-hours call for clinic. You will perform joint injections, joint aspirations and bedside MSK ultrasound is available. Our team provides six field clinics per year to other regions of Alaska, giving you an opportunity to see Alaska in all its glory!
