Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, patient care, and nursing administration. As a Training Instructor, you will play a key role in educating and mentoring individuals in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide students with CTT instruction in the nurse assistant field.
• Develop and prepare lessons. Recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Participate in student performance evaluations. Prepare required documentation and evaluations.
• Administer and correct tests. Maintain progress and attendance reports.
• Monitor student progress in the program.
• Teach, model, and evaluate student employability skills.

Requirements:

• Certified Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Two (2) years’ experience in the practice of nursing; one (1) of which must be in long-term care facility services.
• Completed a course in teaching adults or experience in teaching adults or supervising nurse’s aides.
• Valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record.
• Successfully pass background check and drug test.

Pay: $72,000.00 per year
