JOB TITLE: Tier 2 Tech Support
DEPARTMENT: IT
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Tech Support 2 position troubleshoots and corrects operating system and user application problems that occur onsite and remote clinics. Respond to helpdesk requests for computer and application assistance, regarding hardware, peripheral and other technology-related devices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
PAY RANGE: $28-$38hr to start (dependent upon experience)

EDUCATION: CompTIA ITF , A , Network , Microsoft certification and/or IT related degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of hands-on IT experience in an office setting. Experience with VMware virtual environment, Windows operating systems. Excellent customer service skills. Strong system diagnosis skills.
