Program Manager in Anchorage with the Child Care Assistance Program. Full time position available in Anchorage. Responsibilities include managing staff and coordinating services to insure compliance with State of Alaska and AFS standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field. Two (2) years of social services administrative experience with expertise in budget, human resource, grants management, social service program assessment and planning. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in social services or related field. Five (5) years of social services experience. Expertise in budget, human resources, public assistance or child care grants management, social service program assessment and planning. Evidence of strong management skills.
