Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Back Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliations, filing, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent QuickBooks experience, data entry skills, knowledge of office procedures, and proficiency in computerized systems.
Responsibilities:
- Entering all vendor bills into QuickBooks
- Receiving all payments and record in QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets
- Filing all paid invoices
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Assist with ad hoc office tasks as needed
- Data entry in Excel spreadsheets
- Answering phones in a professional manner while accurately collecting information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computerized systems, including QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
