The Field Operations Supervisor of the Enterprise Technical Solutions (ETS) Department will be responsible for providing supervision and direction in the execution of Operations Field activities. Manage resources, schedules, and includes management of issues and risks to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. This position will report to the Operations Business Unit Leader of the ETS department.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all field Operation staff personnel to ensure proper procedures and tasks assigned are completed in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Oversee the training and ongoing development of Operations personnel
  • Provide oversight in scheduling employees and contract labor
  • Find and support technical subject matter experts as needed for various installation and technical deployments
  • Interface directly with customers to understand project objectives, receive and monitor feedback, and foster building client relationships through Operational execution
  • Provide continued emphasis on the organizations safety practices to ensure compliance with Alamon Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Review and provide operational reporting to the Executive Team as required
  • Evaluate the master materials list and ensure that the current products being used are equivalent to industry standards and evaluate new options to ensure the ETS department stays competitive and efficient
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, network infrastructure and hardware, and wireless applications.
  • Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in high pressure situations and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify, predict, and solve problems with delivery of product.
  • Prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and processes to provide customer and personal services. Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Possess a current/valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI/DWIs within the past 5 years
  • Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test
  • Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally when needed
  • Possess a professional attitude that will positively represent the Alamon organization to employees, clients, and the communities in which we work
  • Must be analytical, organized and possess problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to efficiently monitor and implement multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and provide coaching skills opportunities when necessary
Work Environment:
This position includes a remote/hybrid work environment with accommodation to be on-call and on-site when necessary to support the needs of the company.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to ride in a vehicle for extended periods of time to travel to and from job sites
  • Ability to work in different temperatures and through changing weather conditions
  • Must be able to traverse all areas of a job site. This may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching
