Provides leadership and primaryoversight of the Alamo Colleges District’s (ACD) risk assessment and compliance monitoring of grants and contracts. Develops, implements and provides training related to risk and compliance throughout the grant cycle. Advises grant program managers and endusers regarding grant and contract compliance requirements and ACD’s ability tofulfill those requirements. Serves asthe District’s primary subject matter expert regarding grants compliance and worksclosely with ACD’s Legal Department and District and College management tointerpret regulations and compliance requirements and to resolve concerns.
