What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales through selling techniques and best practices per company standards
- Implement planograms, merchandise & set up stores, order necessary fixtures
- Oversee execution of standards & expectations
- Scheduling & assigning employees
- Maintains accurate inventories and performs inventory counts
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems & measures, including overnight monitoring
- Maintains a clean & inviting store environment
- Ensures store is up to code and in compliance with maintenance and fire marshal regulations
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, & personnel policies & procedures
- Works with the team to meet company-wide goals & expectations
Must-haves in a Candidate:
- 2 years experience as retail category manager or in similar role
- Management, Leadership and Delegation
- Customer Service
Nice to Have In a Candidate:
- High school diploma
- 5 years experience as retail category manager or in similar role
- Demonstrated history of leadership and building a team
