Job Summary and Description

Responsible for promoting the service-learning methodology as an effective pedagogy by connecting learning outcomes with community needs while promoting civic engagement among students. Critical thinking, reflection, and connectedness to community should all be emphasized.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social sciences, human services, public administration, adult education, or related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
• Two years’ of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree.
• Four years’ of job related experience.
• Two years' horticulture and/or regenerative agriculture experience.
• Experience presenting educational material to adult learners.
