Job Summary
The Program Director, Health Services & School Nursing is responsible for and will provide leadership in support of schools and LEAs across Alameda County schools who are responsible for implementing physical health and wellness services to students with a focus on health equity. The Program Director will oversee the team responsible for providing support to districts on a continuum of prevention to intensive school health services, and ensure coordination across ACOE departments and partner agencies to most effectively serve ACOE students that can benefit. This job reports to the assigned supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications
Starting in the 2024-2025 School Year

Education & Experience:
•Valid California School Nurse Services Credential, Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Designated Subject CTE Credential in Health Science & Medical Technology, or Single Subject Credential in Health Science (required)
•Valid California Administrative Services Credential (preferred)
•Minimum of five (5) year of work in or related to school health programs (required)
•Minimum of three (3) year in management or leadership role (preferred)
•Master's Degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
•Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record (required)
