Alamance Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, NC is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as RN / LPN Nurses both day and night shift (12 hours shifts) & Supervisor Potitions with several openings.

As the RN / LPN nurse, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare with the exceptional hands-on care you deliver. As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our residents; helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence through the compassionate care and support you provide. What we offer

• Competitive pay starting at $32/hr. (LPN) and $36/hr (RN) (Commensurate with experience)

What you'll do

• Provide exceptional nursing care to each resident/patient.
• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out individualized plans of care.
• Take ownership of the clinical product provided and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.

What you need

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
